YogaSmart at Love Yoga in Albany: Kid’s Workshops in September!
Hello Yogi’s!
I want to invite all of you to our YogaSmart workshops on September 7th and September 21st from 12:00 – 1:00 PM at Love Yoga in Albany. We will go on an adventure together as we move our bodies and calm our minds. Lots of creative movement, storytelling, imaginations in action, and some special treats to finish it all off!
This class is designed for kids 6-10 along with their parents! Cost is $10! Giggles, laughter, smiles, and kindness are free!
I will be your YogaSmart Guide. As a Registered Yoga Teacher and 4th Grade Teacher at Pioneer School in Lebanon, I have a passionate belief that Yoga is a wonderful way to guide children toward kindness, compassion, movement, joy, and love. We will have fun as we foster kind thoughts, kind words, and kind hearts!
