Love Yoga 90 minute Workshop – $60/session
In this introductory workshop at your location, we introduce kids, teachers and administration to the flow of a yoga class, highlighting some engaging techniques that benefit all ages, students and teachers alike. Contact us for booking schedule.

Educator Workshop (4 hour) – $180/person (Possibly qualifies as CE credit in specified organizations)
In this workshop we provide the essentials to bringing yoga into the classroom in mini sessions, or as a way to bring a yoga class into your school.  Teachers experience a 45 minute class as it would be taught to various age groups and then we breakdown the class providing options and modifications along the way.  Participants practice teaching yoga sessions and leave with the knowledge and experience to inspire and introduce yoga to others.

Breakdown includes:  Breathing techniques, movement sequences, anatomy and alignment guidelines and relaxation.

Love Yoga Teacher Training – $2200/person  Yoga Alliance approved teacher training certification.
Participants receive a 200 hour certification approved by the Yoga Alliance through Love Yoga Studios.
